Knysna Seven Passes Tour
The Knysna seven passes tour route was constructed by Thomas Bain and his brother in law, Adam de Smidt. Bain started at Knysna and the route from George and it was completed in 1883. The seven passes cross 10 rivers and 7 gorges, is 75kms long and was the main connecting road between George and Knysna for more than 70 years until 1952 when the N2 was opened.

Our adventure starts as we collect you from your guest house on at the pre-arranged time. We will follow the route and enjoy the scenes and stop where you feel you can find a magical composition. At each crossing/bridge, we will also pause for a few minutes to explore and capture an image or two. Once we reach George, we shall follow the N2 back to Knysna and deliver you safely back to your hotel/guest house
